We hope that you are completely satisfied with the product you purchased. If the product meets the following conditions, you can return it within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused, please refer to the return and exchange policy. Before returning, please send us an email with the tracking number, and customer service will provide you with a return address based on your country. All returned packages must be shipped using tracking services. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returning the goods using your own shipping method. In order to obtain a refund, you must indicate your order number in the package. If there is no order number, we will not be able to identify orders that must be credited. We will replenish according to the sales volume of each product, but if a certain product has been replaced, we will not replenish it anymore

To view the status of your order click on the "My Account" link found at the top of the page. You will be able to view your order history and get detailed information on the progress of your order. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Should there be a delay in the processing of your order you will receive an email with an explanation and any steps needed on your behalf to complete the order. Be sure to check your “junk mail" box in the event your ISP flagged the email as spam. To insure you receive our emails add us to your safe sender list.
